I can't think Arkansas Restoration enough for the service and quality work they did after our house fire that destroyed all contents and part of the structure. They came to our rescue after two months of being lied to, cheated, and delay tactics from another local restoration company that was dishonest beyond description. We ended up hiring Arkansas Restoration, who had to start out cleaning up the damage caused by the previous company. Every single employee from the cleanup crew to the company owner was friendly and asked what they could do to help. The project supervisor checked the workers almost every day, was in frequent contact with us and went above and beyond our expectations. Project Supervisor, Brent Murphree, was helpful on so many levels. He was available 24/7 for our questions, supervised and required meticulous results from his building crew, and provided input based upon his many years of professional experience. I could go on for pages praising Brent and the company, but space is limited. I would give Arkansas Restoration 10 stars out of 5, lol.

ARI did an amazing job on my home. Joey and his team came to my rescue when another contractor destroyed my kitchen after a water leak. My insurance adjuster recommended ARI and I am very thankful he did. I used ARI for a total remodel inside. I was so happy with the results we decided to do the outside as well. Joey and John took my very basic ideas of what I thought I wanted and turned them into a home I could never have imagined. I would highly recommend ARI for any size job you have.

We had a leak in our bathroom shower which leaked through the floor, wall and carpet. I called ARI and they came out immediately with equipment to dry it all. ARI was able to totally remodel the bathroom. It is beautiful!! It’s the first room in the house my husband wants show guests! Thank you ARI for a great experience !!

Chris Baker was phenomenal to work with on a mold mitigation issue . He is knowledgeable, efficient, kind and very professional. The tenant of the rental property was difficult, unreasonable in her expectations and doubted his professional opinion and recommendations to her. I know Chris and his team must have been insulted and frustrated, yet they kept calm and were respectful to her. I was very pleased with all the work done by ARI and I highly recommend them.

I can’t recommend them enough. From the moment my insurance called, their team was professional, responsive, and compassionate during what was a very stressful situation. They arrived quickly, explained the entire process clearly, and worked efficiently to restore my home back to normal. Their attention to detail was impressive — they not only handled the visible damage but also made sure to address any hidden issues to prevent future problems. The crew was respectful of my home, kept everything as clean as possible throughout the job, and communicated updates every step of the way. It’s rare these days to find a company that combines top-quality work with genuine care for their customers, but ARI does just that. I am so thankful for their hard work and would absolutely use them again if I ever needed restoration services in the future.

Mr. Joey Cagnina, Mr. Sam Lincoln, and their crew were so terrific, great in explaining, in suggesting ideas, in coming up with the ideas when unexpected problems arises, and in keeping me informed daily. I am so impressed Arkansas Restoration, Inc. They did excellent job. I am very grateful to the Auto-Owners Home Insurance for recommending ARI to restore my water damages in the bathroom and in the kitchen. There was mold found in my Mom’s bathrooms. They could remove the mold, but not restore the bathrooms. I called Brent Murphee to take a look to see if he could help. He called back the same day. We had a quote within a week, and they started working within 2 weeks. Brent took EXCELLENT care of my Mom’s home, and the work was phenomenal! We couldn’t be more pleased! The bathrooms were restored within the time frame given and at the price that was originally quoted. No surprises! We will definitely use this company again and already have them lined up for other projects. I am so grateful! ARI did a great job of keeping my home remodel in line with the original bid of the project. They were very professional and the quality of the workmanship was great as well.
